This 4 CE hour course is designed to give the learner an understanding of the day-to-day considerations of owning a home inspection company, while also ensuring their compliance with sexual harassment prevention requirements.

It consists of three major components:

  1. the legal and operational aspects of running a home inspection business, including everyday business activities, handling money, insurance, agreements with clients, cash flow, and much more
  2. report writing
  3. required sexual harassment prevention training
