Minnesota Mandatory Course – MN Contractor CE (Seat Timers Removed for Review)

The Minnesota Mandatory Course covers both contractor business strategies and energy conservation measures, as required for license renewal for the state of Minnesota.  This course begins with a discussion basic accounting principles such as assets, liabilities, assets, the ability to manage cash flow, revenue recognition, financial management, mitigating bad debt, and tax compliance as it relates specifically to residential general contractors.  The second portion of the course explores net zero energy and the relationship between modern construction and sustainability.
